i was eatin a small bowl of rich and soup and i got so full easily.
and my stomach was hurting like BADLY!!
and it's not cramps and not the wanna shit kinda pain!
it's like gastric pain! but i ate???
well i guess it's due to me skipping meals always heheh!
today was my last lession for NLT! haha
