I FINISHED MY THREE SETS!! haha
thank you jesues for giving me the strength to carry out those 3sets!
my body achs! haha
but i am really happy my stamina has improved!
i still remeber the prayer i prayed while i was doing warm up
on the first training!
asking God to give me the strength run and the speed!
and yes he has answered my prayers!
AMEN!
haha had net to day under grace chan's void deck.
did smth different today,
we did verse like
1peter3:15,16philp4:6philp4:8psalm 37:4,5wad caught my attention most was
psalm 37:4,5"v4 delight yourself in the lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.v5 commit your ways to the lord,trust in him and he will bring it to past"heard this verse many a times and my mentality was do what he wants and he will Give you
what you want!
well when sam chan was sharing he shared smth in Vs4.
it says
"delight yourself in the lord"it means to follow the ways of God. and when we do that,
we'll become more christ like.
than it says
"and he will give you the desire of your heart"so when we follow the ways of God, our thoughts,wants and stuff become of God
that is why God will grant them to you!
last time i told God,
okay now i choose to serve you arr, than make sure when the time is right i WANT this guy
as my boyfriend! maybe silly but that was me haha
but aft listening to sam chan it was like the scales drop off and i finialy know
truely wad it means!
that guy i want may not be what God wants!he has somthing greater install for me!

"be anxious in nothing and everything in prayer and supplication,with thanks giving,let your request be kown to God."as this verse says,
